PRICES: All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£ GBP) and are inclusive of VAT.

SHIPPING within the UK: Orders received before 12 noon are normally despatched the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Mail. Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the next day. If there is any delay in sending your order we will let you know. See note below regarding next day delivery terms.

SHIPPING COSTS within the UK: Orders below £75.00 being shipped within the UK will be charged £4.00 postage and packing and will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class and will require a signature. Please contact us if you would like your tracking number. Orders over £75.00 will be sent free of charge.

If you would like your order guaranteed for UK next day delivery (excl bank holidays), we will send via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £8.95 regardless of the order value (UK Mainland only).

Note Relating to Next Day Delivieries: Orders placed between 12 noon on Thursday and 12 noon on Friday for next day delivery will be guaranteed for delivery on Monday (excl Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday and at any time across the weekend for next day delivery will be guaranteed for delivery on Tuesday. If you need Saturday delivery please send an email to silverpaganjewelleryshop@gmail.com and we can arrange this for you and advise the cost.

INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS SHIPPING and COSTS: International orders shipped outside the UK will be charged postage of £8.95 including insurance. (This includes Europe, USA & Canada). Orders are trackable and require a signature on delivery. Please email us if you require your tracking number. Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 days but can be longer (up to 30 days). In the event of non-receipt of a parcel, it will not be deemed lost until 30 days after your order status has been updated to 'Despatched'.

INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS TAXES: Custom charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customs Charges and/or Import Duties vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs authority for details. 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Each customer is responsible for making sure that the correct shipping details are given during the checkout procedure. Customers will be charged for any costs incurred by Silver Pagan Jewellery Shop for retrieving any orders sent to an incorrect shipping address. You will also be charged for any further carriage costs for resending your order. Please CHECK your shipping details THOROUGHLY BEFORE confirming your order as you go through the checkout procedure.

International and Overseas customers please note: your order will require a signature so if you give a PO Box or BFPO Box as the delivery address your parcel may be returned to us and any costs incurred for resending this item will soley your responsibility. 

RETURNS: You must advise us of any return(s) PRIOR to the item(s) being returned. We will only refund the cost of the item less the original shipping charge once the returned item(s) has been received by us. We do not offer refunds for the return postage/shipping costs.

Returns must be made using a trackable form of postage. We can not provide a refund for any item(s) lost in transit unless a tracking number has been obtained. Proof of postage is not sufficient so for UK customer returns we would recommend using the Royal Mail Signed For service.

For International customer returns please use your International Signed For service.

Any returned item should be sent back in it's original packaging and must be unworn.

Any item(s) received without prior notification will be returned to the sender and payment along with any additional shipping costs will be expected in full. Please note: We are unable to accept any earring returns due to hygiene laws.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE: Any items damaged as a result of a packing or shipping error must be advised within 7 days from the date of invoice. We will not be responsible for any advice received after the 7 day period. Any faulty items must be advised by email. Any item received by us without prior notification will not be accepted.
