Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions with the Silver Pagan Jewellery Shop. Please read carefully before placing an order. All contracts will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All Prices Are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP)

Shipping and Postage Costs:

Orders received before 12 noon will normally be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will normally be despatched the next day.

Within the UK: Orders below £75 will be charged a flat rate of £5.00 regardless of how many items are ordered and sent via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. Please email us if you would like your tracking number. Orders above £75 will be shipped free of charge. Please note: In the event of non-receipt of an order, it will not be deemed lost until 30 days after your order status has been updated to Despatched. This is in line with the Royal Mail Terms and Conditions

Next Day Delivery (UK only): Orders placed before 12 noon can be shipped for guaranteed next day delivery at a cost of £12.00. Note: Orders placed on Friday are guaranteed for delivery on Monday (excl bank holidays in which case the parcel will be delivered on Tuesday).

All Other Worldwide Destinations (incl Europe, USA & Canada): Shipping charges for orders shipped to all other destinations worldwide will be shown during checkout and include insurance. Orders are trackable and are usually delivered within 5-10 days but can take longer. Please email us if you would like your tracking number.

Addresses: It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address so please check your details thoroughly before submitting your order. We will not be held responsible for non-receipt of any order where an incorrect mailing address has been given.

Overseas customers please note: Your order will require a signature on delivery. If you give a PO Box or BFPO Box as the delivery address we will not be held responsible if your order is subsequently returned to us and you will be liable for any costs incurred in resending your order so please check your shipping address before completing your order.

International and Overseas Taxes: Custom charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customs Charges and/or Import Duties vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs authority for details.  We do not accept any liability whatsoever for any such charges.

Special Delivery Instructions (UK Only): In the event that a customer would like us to put additional delivery instructions on their package (eg: a safe place to leave the package), we a happy to do this but the customer agrees to hold us blameless in the event that the package subsequently fails to arrive and agrees that we shall not be held liable for any loss.


We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal and cheques. We do not accept Amex, Diners Club or JCB cards.

All online payments are processed through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account in order to make your purchase. Simply click on the 'Don't have a Paypal account?' button on the payment page and use your debit or credit card.

If you wish to pay by cheque drawn on UK Banks only,  please contact us and we can advise the total amount payable. However, it should be noted that we will not despatch any goods until such time as the cheque has cleared which can take up to 10 days.

*Once an order has been placed it is deemed as final and can not then be cancelled by the purchaser*


All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. Payments made by overseas customers are converted to the relevant countries currency by your card issuer &/or Paypal at the prevailing exchange rate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are valid for one transaction, can only be used once and expire after 2 years. 

If you wish to use more than one Gift Card when making a purchase please email us at with your telephone number and we can arrange this for you.

No change or credit will be given should the value of the goods purchased be smaller than the Gift Card amount.

Should the value of the goods purchased exceed the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid prior to shipping.

Normal shipping charges apply but these can be offset against the Gift Card value providing there is a balance remaining after the cost of the goods purchased has been deducted.

Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or discount coupons but please see note above relating to the use of more than one Gift Card when making a purchase.

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods via email or telephone. We will then instruct you on what to do with the jewellery and arrange to either provide a replacement or refund. Do not return any items until you have contacted us as we will not be held liable for any packages returned without prior notification that have not reached us. Please note: refunds will only be made to the original debit/credit card or Paypal account for the returned item once it has been received by us and does not include the original shipping cost or the return shipping/postal costs. 

Returns must be made using a trackable form of postage. We can not provide a refund for any item(s) lost in transit unless a tracking number has been obtained. Proof of postage is not sufficient so for UK customer returns we would recommend using the Royal Mail Signed For service. For International customer returns please use your International Signed For service.

In the event that we do not receive any such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfactory and we will not be held liable for any claim made at a later date.

Damaged Items

We package all orders very carefully but on rare occasions there may be some damage in transit. If this happens you must contact us immediately and retain the original packaging for inspection. Faliure to do this may affect your ability to claim that the goods were damaged in transit. Once you have contacted us we can advise on what to do next.

Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of the Silver Pagan Jewellery Shop until payment has been received by us in full.

Site Security and Privacy

We want you to be able to shop with confidence. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe and the information you provide is fully encrypted so that is cannot be read by third parties. Your browser will confirm you are shopping in a secure environment by showing a locked padlock icon or an image of a key in the bar at the base of your screen.

We will not under any circumstances share customer information with anyone else. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be to advise customers of sales, promotions or new jewellery and to acknowledge orders and provide order updates.


Whilst every effort is made to provide a true likeness to the goods offered for sale, we reserve the right for any variations in size, colour, weight and shape to occur.
