Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

If you would like to create a return you have 14 days from date of purchase to request a refund and up to 30 days for a store credit.

Please email us to arrange the return first before posting it to us. 

Please note that return requests outside of the timescales will be processed at our discretion. 

All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

All returns must be sent via a trackable form of post and the tracking number should be emailed to us once posted. In the event that your package is lost in transit and does not have a tracking number we will not issue a refund.

When requesting a refund please note that postage charges will not be refunded (For Faulty or Damaged Items please read the note below).

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the unlikely event that you receive an item damaged as a result of a packing or shipping error you must notify us via email within 7 days from the date of delivery. In this instance the postage cost will be refunded.

We will not be responsible for any advice received after the 7 day period.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
